Gary has spent decades building companies and transforming new markets with disruptive technology — from Academy Award-winning Hollywood and frontier-market private equity to the future of AI. As CEO and Chairman he led Manex Entertainment, the two-time Academy Award-winning film and television firm behind The Matrix along with many big budget studio films; Forbes later profiled him as the “Genghis Khan” Fund Manager after he traded Beverly Hills for Ulaanbaatar to lead the Mongolia Fund. He is the founder of the Align AI Foundation, a nonprofit with deep ties across the AI Alignment community and drove the success of Auspicious Fund. At MyAuX Labs he has identified unique technology and talented scientists then combined them to offer a novel enterprise AI solution for business where sovereignty is a requirement rather than a preference.

Dr. Joseph Geraci

Dr. Joseph Geraci

Science & Architecture

Joseph is the scientific mind behind the constrained architecture at the core of MyAuX Labs. A mathematician and medical scientist, he holds a PhD in mathematical physics — doctoral work on quantum algorithms sponsored by the U.S. Disruptive Technology Office, now IARPA — followed by postdoctoral research in machine learning, oncology, and neuropsychiatry, and academic appointments in Molecular Medicine and Pathology at Queen's University and at Augusta University. As Founder and Executive Chairman of TopoLift AI, he developed the Context Constrained Transformer — bounding what a model may assert using topological ontologies discovered in an organization's own data, at roughly 34× context compression. His current work makes reliability a property of architecture rather than model scale. Joseph also co-founded NetraMark.

Josh Freeney

Product & Applied Experience

Josh turns sovereign models into things people actually use. He co-founded YETi CGI in 2010 — an R&D lab building AR/MR, AI, and ambient-computing systems across education, enterprise, healthcare, and defense — and has shipped hundreds of products and experiences for Google, Microsoft, Steelcase, and Mattel. As Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy at the Grand Rapids Public Museum, he led the build of PublicOS, a digital learning platform that puts interactive, camera-driven exhibits in visitors' hands. He taught game design and development at Ferris State University for five years, and brings that interface-first instinct to how clients actually work with their own models.
